MUNDO is designed to help active members use
research, reflection and social action to address the following questions:

How do (or how have) factors such as where a
person lives, how much money they have, or even how they physically look
impact these experiences of these communities differently both
historically and presently?

Why do we serve? How does understanding our
own personal or group motivation potentially enhance the service provided?

Is it just about serving to, or is it
more important to serve with? How can we empower communities to
become more self-sufficient at addressing their own challenges? Is it
possible to do more damage than good with service?
These questions are based on
the three key concepts “What?” “So What?” and “Now What?” as suggested by
David Kolb (1984).
